Winter is coming!
Besides the long-awaited – and already sold out – world premiere of The Nutcracker by Hong Kong Ballet, set in Hong Kong in the early 20th century, the city offers a plethora of events to start the Festive Season.
From Christmas street market to online Christmas art fair, from jewellery monographic exhibition to design fair, from book fair to circus performances, everyone will get a taste of what they like.

SWIRE PROPERTIES WHITE CHRISTMAS STREET FAIR
Designed and run by students from the Swire Properties Placemaking Academy, this year’s Street Fair is inspired by the Taikoo Sugar Refinery and will transform Tong Chong Street into a vast ‘workshop’ filled with fantastical gadgets, gizmos, a special vehicle, food and drinks, workshops, and live performances.

AFFORDABLE ART FAIR CHRISTMAS MARKET
Give the gift of art to your loved ones, thanks to the first online Christmas Market by Affordable Art Fair, showcasing artworks from around the world, gathered under curated categories: All that Glitters Collection, Winter Wonderland, Pine Tree Greens, People and Portraits, For the Kids, Abstract and more.

LACLOCHE, PARISIAN JEWELERS, 1892 – 1967
Premiered in Paris and traveled to Hong Kong with newly selected creations, the exhibition shines a light on the long-forgotten Parisian jewellery house Lacloche. Featuring more than 40 pieces of rare jewellery, cases, compacts, precious clocks and timepieces, it illustrates the Maison’s delicate crafts and poetic style.

DETOUR 2021
Organised by PMQ and sponsored by Create Hong Kong, the annual Hong Kong Design Festival deTour 2021 provides an interactive and experimental space for audiences to explore design through a series of physical exhibitions, design installations, talks and workshops.

BOOKED: HONG KONG ART BOOK FAIR 2021
In light of ongoing travel restrictions, BOOKED: highlights how reading can be a form of travelling. The fair will offer the opportunity for people and communities to stay connected, to expand horizons and spark imagination, offering displays, book launches, talks, performances, and workshops.
